Delivery Timelines

We provide expedited shipping on all orders and can deliver to most addresses within the United States within 2-4 business days after the order is placed. Delivery timelines can sometimes vary depending on product availability, customization services requested, and your delivery location.

Order Processing & Handling

We start processing your order as soon as it is successfully placed on our website. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2 PM Pacific Time will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM Pacific Time will ship the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend are processed on Monday, unless Monday is a federal holiday.

Our fulfillment team carefully handles, packs, and ships each order. The amount of processing time can vary based on product types ordered, personalization services requested, and other factors. In some cases, orders may show as ‘Processed’ shortly after the order is placed since payment verification happened quickly. Other orders with services like gift wrapping or engraving may not show as ‘Processed’ until fulfillment is complete.

You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email as soon as your order has left our fulfillment center.

Gift Orders & Gift Receipts

For gift purchases, you can opt to ship items directly to the recipient and include gift messages or gift receipts. Shipping rates, delivery timelines, and processing times apply based on the ship-to address.

Product Availability & Backorders

If an item is temporarily out of stock or unavailable at the time you place your order, we will notify you and can either hold your order to ship when inventory is replenished, or suggest alternatives to send immediately. Backordered items will ship standard delivery at no extra cost as soon as available.

Large & Heavy Items

For oversized, heavy or fragile items, additional delivery fees or extended shipping timelines may apply. This includes furniture, large artwork, mirrors, casegoods and more. Oversize shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout if applicable to items in your cart.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to make a return or exchange, please see our Return Policy. Refunds are processed promptly when we receive returned items at our fulfillment center.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes carrier tracking information that you can use to follow your packages delivery progress. Tracking numbers may not be active immediately and can take up to 24 hours after shipment before updates appear in the carrier’s tracking system.

To track your package:

  1. Reference tracking number(s) provided in your shipping confirmation email
  2. Visit carrier website (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and enter tracking number
  3. Transmittal details like origin, destination, and expected delivery date will populate
  4. Check periodically for updates if package has not yet been delivered
  5. See current package status like: In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered, etc.

If you cannot locate tracking details, please check your spam folder for the shipping notification before contacting us. If you still cannot find your tracking information, reach out to our customer experience team.

Please note Credo Beauty is not liable for delays from or damages by any delivery carrier. Any claims for lost, missing, or damaged packages must be taken up directly with the shipping provider. We are happy to assist with this process or claims process as needed.

Packaging & Unboxing

All Credo Beauty orders are beautifully packaged using our signature 100% recyclable kraft shipping materials made from post-consumer waste. Our commitment to sustainability also means we avoid environmentally harmful materials like plastic fillers, bubble wrap or foam peanuts.

Instead, we carefully wrap, cushion and protect all fragile beauty items using tissue or shredded paper made from recycled content. Furniture may also include blanket wraps and edge protectors made from natural cotton.

We source professional grade shipping cartons sturdy enough to shield contents from reasonable shocks and impacts in transit while minimizing overall packaging waste.

When unboxing your Credo order:

  1. Inspect external shipping box for signs of damage before opening
  2. Carefully open the top and remove any sustainable filler material
  3. Locate items individually wrapped in tissue paper and remove
  4. Unwrap and inspect each beauty product
  5. Report any leaks, breakages, or missing inventory right away

Recycling is important to us, so we encourage reusing shipping materials when possible or recycling them through local community programs. The minimalist packaging helps reduce your environmental footprint.

Military & APO Shipping

Credo Beauty proudly ships to APO, FPO and DPO military addresses around the world. Military families face unique circumstances and frequent relocations, and we aim to deliver exceptional service including complimentary shipping.

The transit timeline for military shipments varies significantly based on exact location. On average allow:

Military orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Reach out to our Customer Experience team ahead of purchase if you need assistance selecting products suited for mail regulations, humidity, voltage compatibility or intended recipient.

For tax exemption eligibility, we collect shipping address and any relevant affiliation documentation during checkout. Customers using a freight forwarder may not qualify for waived taxes or duties.

Gift orders intended for military members must ship directly to the APO/FPO address. We cannot ship to a third party address with intent to forward merchandise abroad.

If items are returned for any reason, we refund the actual selling price only. We cannot refund any shipping, duties or taxes since those costs were waived at time of purchase.

Alcohol Purchases & Age Verification

Credo Beauty carries a selective assortment of fragrance products that may contain alcohol. To purchase alcohol-based items in our online store, you must meet the minimum age requirement for alcohol sales and consumption in the entire state where the order will be delivered.

During checkout on any order with alcohol-based fragrance products, we are required to collect the date of birth of the person placing the order to verify they meet the minimum legal sales age in that jurisdiction. Some states also require matching identification upon delivery for alcohol purchases from online retailers before the package can be released.

If the required age verification details are not provided accurately at checkout, the order may not be fulfilled. Intentionally providing false information is illegal. If validation fails, online payments will be voided and no charges applied.

When your alcohol-containing order is delivered, government issued photo ID proving date of birth may be required to complete the hand-off per state regulations. The name must also match the order. Shipments that do not meet age policies will be returned at the customers expense.

We take alcohol and age verification requirements seriously. Please drink responsibly once validating identity and taking receipt of any products that may contain alcohol content. We reserve the right to refuse sales we deem inappropriate or in violation.

Inclement Weather Delays

Our shipping carriers and retail locations may experience transit or operations delays during severe storms, flooding, wildfires, snowstorms or other hazardous conditions. Your delivery timeframe could be impacted due to rerouting around closed roads, grounded flights or closed regional hubs.
