Returns Overview

Credo Beauty accepts product returns within 60 days of original purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused in original packaging with seals intact. We do not accept returns on used products due to health regulations around cosmetics and skincare.

Return Shipping: We provide pre-paid return labels for your convenience. Detailed instructions are emailed with your return authorization. You simply repackage the item, attach the prepaid return label, and drop off with the carrier.

Refunds: As soon as returns arrive back at our fulfillment center inspection process begins. Once verified, we process refunds to your original payment method for the purchase price of each returned product. Refer to additional details in the Refunds section below.

Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange an item for a different size, shade or entirely new product instead of refund, we happily accommodate one exchange per original order free of additional shipping charges. Select the desired replacement item(s) and we will ship your exchanged products standard delivery at no cost when we receive returns.

How To Start A Return

To begin a return, please take the following steps:

  1. Have your order number available for reference
  2. Email support@sole-elliptical.com OR chat via website OR call customer service
  3. Provide order number, items to return with reason for return
  4. We will verify order details and eligibility
  5. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form via email
  6. The RMA includes step-by-step return instructions and a prepaid shipping label

Once these details are emailed, follow the process outlined to send returns back per guidance. We inspect and process promptly after receiving at our facility!

What items can be returned to Credo Beauty? Our return policy includes the following conditions and restrictions:

Unused Items In Original Packaging

Items must be new, unused and unopened in original manufacturer packaging. Original seals must be intact with no signs of use. Removing cellophane wrap to inspect product does not make it ineligible for return.

Within 60 Days Of Purchase

We accept returns on orders placed within the last 60 days from when the return process is initiated. Proof of Purchase like an order number is required when starting a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following types of items are non-returnable exceptions per health regulations around cosmetics, sanitation, expiration and more:

Refund To Original Payment

Per banking regulations around online purchases, refund amounts must credit back to the original payment method used on the order. We cannot divert refunds to new payment methods. Cash refunds are also not available.

Return Shipping Instructions

Once you obtain an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form, follow these step-by-step shipping instructions:

  1. Repackage Item Safely
    • Place unused product back in original packaging
    • Wrap carefully with tissue or bubble wrap
    • Put inside box or mailer to avoid damage
    • Attach complete RMA form outside the packaging
  2. Affix Prepaid Return Label
    • Peel backing from return label and stick directly on box/mailer
    • Cover up old label completely if reusing a box
    • Include only return items covered by that specific RMA
    • Print clearly in black ink if damaged label
  3. Schedule Carrier Pickup Or Drop Off
    • Contact carrier to schedule pickup or view drop off points
    • Provide tracking number from label to carrier
    • Retain second tracking barcode from label to check status
  4. Await Refund After Inspection
    • We inspect all returns at warehouse upon arrival
    • After verification, refund will be submitted to original payment
    • Banking partners process refund back to account

If the return period expires during transit or reasons differ from original RMA approval, only applicable refunds are allowed upon inspection. We issue refunds in good faith that return policy guidelines are followed. Let our team know if any complications arise!

Return Policy Exemptions

While we aim to accommodate returns when possible, the following categories are handled differently:


For orders marked as gifts at checkout, we first confirm with gift recipient that the item is unwanted prior to accepting a return. This ensures we do not intercept intended gifts incorrectly marked for return.

Price Adjustments

If an item you purchased recently decreased in listed price, contact us. We happily refund the difference within 14 days rather than requiring a product return and repurchase.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

Please notify us right away if an order arrives with any damage or accuracy issues! We will reship replacements free of charge. Follow our separate process for receiving immediate assistance.

Special Orders

Frequent Returns

We reserve the right to review accounts with frequent returns compared to overall purchase history. Patterns of excessive returns can indicate abuse damaging to our brand. We may require proof of cause or restrict future return privileges if return ratio raises flags.
